The built-up area is 38,000 sq. ft. (3,530.29 m²) on a plot of 46,931 sq. ft. (4,360.00 m²) located in the confines of ultra-exclusive Bel Air Enclave, Los Angeles.

It was developed by Bruce Makowsky, a QVC handbag designer whose own press release lists as “the spec king”, hence the property is also known as the “Bel Air Spec Mansion”. Makowsky himself calls it Project “Billionaire”.

Bruce Makowsky
“This home was curated for the ultimate billionaire who wants the best of everything that exists in life,” Makowsky said, “Until now, the ultra-luxury market was void of homes that even came close to matching the level of mega-yachts and private jets that billionaires spend millions of dollars on every year.”

Master Deck View
It took 250 workers about four years to construct and has two Master suites, 10 “oversized VIP” guest suites, 21 bathrooms, three separate kitchens, five bars, and 17,000 sq. ft. of entertainment decks tucked into 4 levels including a roof top penthouse.

Front Entrance
As a “turn-key” home, it already is “spec-ed” out, completely furnished, with a $30 Million car collection, 130 pieces of art “installations”, a helicopter Art piece, a bowling alley, a James-Bond themed 40-seat 4K Dolby Atmos movie theater, an infinity pool with its own bar, a candy room and two years worth of service by seven full-time staff.

Like the Makowsky lifestyle, the “Airwolf TV Series” helicopter is decommissioned and decorative, as are the gigantic Leica camera sculptures, velvet-roped lounge areas, and plush Hermès decorations.

Wine Cellar

Candy Wall
The two wine cellars are better stocked than most warehouse and after indulging, you could work off the hangover or ‘sugar-rush’ from your massive assorted candy wall, in the massage studio/wellness spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, or 85-foot glass tiled infinity swimming pool, whilst admiring your automobile gallery, curated art installations, outdoor hydraulic pop-up theater, and the most advanced home tech system.

AlphaLuxe Thoughts
High on his list of 8 Unique Selling Points, Makowsky rates the indoor/outdoor living enhanced by unobstructed 270-degree views of the snow-capped San Gabriel mountains to the Pacific Ocean and across the Los Angeles skyline.
What I can’t figure out is why you need 21 “bathrooms/WC” for a house with only 12 bedrooms!?!
